On the right you can see the counter chip. These are easy to find on Ebay. Normally you can refill the toner if the drum is still OK. However you have to replace the counter chip to remove the nag message on the printer display. Use a soldering iron to burn a hole - DON'T USE A DRILL! because that will generate debris which can fall into the case.
