HP 360LX modification to remove low backup battery nag

First of all, I'd like to say that although the HP360LX is newer and Windoze based, I have tried living with her and given up. I have divorced her and gone back to the old girl, viz HP200LX. In contrast to the 200LX whose battery life is measured in WEEKS, the battery life of the 360LX is measured in HOURS!! This one keeps complaining the the backup battery is low, so I decided to run it on power adaptor, and use the AA cells as the memory backup instead. So much for newer HP Windoze technology!
